Cala Salada full parking: where to park
Cala Salada has one of the most problematic parking situations in Ibiza. In summer it fills up before 10:00.
Quick answer
The main car park is small and has no immediate overflow option. In July and August, the police close the access road once it is full and waiting is not allowed. Strategy: leave before 9:00 if you want a space. If you arrive and it is full, do not lose time. Alternatives in the same San Antonio area: Cala Saladeta (on foot from Cala Salada, more photogenic but even more crowded), Cala Gració (easier parking, 10 minutes by car), Cala Gracioneta (very small but accessible), Cala Bassa (larger, still limited parking but more options overall).
How to decide better
- Leave before 9:00 in July and August. The parking fills up very quickly.
- If it is full, Cala Gració is the easiest alternative just 10 minutes away.
- In peak season, consider going by taxi or bus to avoid the parking problem.
